How did the pioneers, our grandparents and their parents survived without modern stuff like fridges? Knowing how to preserve food is essential as part of preparing should the shit hit the fan or if you find yourself in the bush or outback or planning to make a dash for the wilderness. We will also cover modern techniques of food preservation during this workshop.
